ces of the process surrounding guarantees a good reprodu-
cibility of the measurement results and a high availability of
the measurement instruments. With the help of several in-

can monitor the status of the measuring instrument, trans-
fer the measured data and control the measuring process.

using X-ray (RöV) and its ionizing radiation protection
